  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • OSOME Hygiene offers standard shipping within Pakistan.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 4-6 business days for delivery.
  • Be advised that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • OSOME Hygiene currently ships to addresses within Pakistan only.
  • We do not ship boxes to P.O. at this time.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • OSOME Hygiene is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be applied to your order.
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged Shipments

  • In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping

  • OSOME Hygiene does not currently offer international shipping outside of Pakistan. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
